New Delhi. The craze of optional fuel is increasing rapidly worldwide including India. That is, other fuel options instead of traditional fuel in cars like petrol and diesel. In such a situation, cars equipped with electric motor have become quite popular. At present, hybrid cars are also present in the market. Along with petrol engine in hybrid cars, an electric motor is also given and runs on petrol as well as electricity.
Now in the recently ended India Mobility Global Expo 2025, a car of Maruti was introduced which can run with cow dung gas. Yes! You read it right The Maruti Fronx, which runs on cow dung gas, was showcased at this auto show. Compressed biomethane gas will be able to run on biomethane gas made from franx dung from compressed biomethane gas.
