Tata Motors has announced benefits up to Rs 2 lakh on Tata Tiago, Tigor, Panch, Nexon, Curve and Ultraz after GST 2.0 reform, the offer is available till September 30.

New Delhi. Tata Motors has announced a total of up to Rs 2 lakh benefits till 30 September on the purchase of its passenger vehicle range in the Indian market. These benefits include price cuts and additional benefits such as cash discounts, exchange bonuses and festive offers due to 2025 GST reform. For information, let us know that Tata Motors has benefited greatly from GST reform as its entire model line-up has now become cheaper by Rs 1.55 lakh. Starting from Tata Tiago, it can be achieved with benefits up to Rs 1.20 lakh on purchase till September 30. This includes a decrease of up to Rs 75,000 in ex-showroom price and additional savings of up to Rs 45,000. After the implementation of GST 2.0, the price of Tata Tiago starts at Rs 4.57 lakh. Tigor is also available with a savings of a total of up to Rs 1.11 lakh, including a reduction of up to Rs 81,000 in ex-showroom price and additional benefits of Rs 30,000.

Tata punch

The Tata Panch, which was the country's best -selling model in 2024, has received a heavy price reduction of up to Rs 1.08 lakh due to 2025 GST reform. Customers can take advantage of a large savings of up to Rs 1.58 lakh on the purchase till September 30, including additional benefits up to Rs 50,000. Micro-SUV now starts at just Rs 5.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Talking about Tata Nexon, buying it before September 30 gives the most benefits of up to Rs 2 lakh. GST 2.0 has cut the price of up to Rs 1.55 lakh, besides there are additional benefits of up to Rs 45,000 declared by Tata Motors.

New Delhi. August 2025 was not a good month for the Indian automotive industry, with a total of 3,27,719 units sold, compared to 3,54,273 units in the same month last year. This decline was mainly due to changes in GST and heavy rains in many states. All major car manufacturers saw negative growth, while Toyota, MG and Skoda recorded an annual cell growth of 2.5%, 43.9% and 79.3% respectively.

Maruti Suzuki Ertiga
In the 7-seater family car segment, Maruti Suzuki Ertiga emerged as a clear winner with a sales of 18,445 units, slightly lower than the 18,580 units sold in August 2024. Despite the slight decline, this MPV not only topped its segment, but also became India's best -selling car in August 2025.

Update Ertiga Model Lineup

Recently, the car manufacturer has updated the Ertiga model lineup, including blower speed control with dedicated vents for third roots, 2 Type-C USB ports, new AC vents and redesigned rear roof spiilers for the second and third roat seats. After the GST reform, the prices of Maruti Ertiga have fallen by Rs 47,000, and now its price starts at Rs 8.80 lakh.

Mahindra scorpio
With the sale of 9,840 units, Mahindra Scorpio finished second in India's 7-seater family cars. However, its annual cell fell by 29 percent. Toyota Innova finished third with a sales of 9,304 units, compared to 9,687 units in the same month last year.

Mahindra Bolero and XUV700

Mahindra Bolero and XUV700 finished fourth and sixth with the sale of 8,109 units and 4,956 units respectively. While Bolero saw a significant annual decline of 25%, the XUV 700 saw a rapid decline of 45%. Kia Carence (which includes the new Carerance Clvis and Carerance Clavis EV) registered a monthly sale of 6,822 units in August 2025, compared to 5,881 units in the same month last year. It was the fifth best-selling 7-seater with a huge annual growth of 16%.

These cars also included in the top 10
Maruti XL6, Toyota Fortuner and Reno Tribe finished seventh, eighth and ninth with sales of 2,973 units, 2,508 units and 1,870 units respectively. Finally, Tata Safari finished tenth with sales of 1,489 units, although it fell by 24% annually.

New Delhi. Hyundai Motor Company has announced its most ambitious product strategy for the next five years on Hyundai CEO Investor Day in New York. The focus has been focused on the Future Product Range Extension. The South Korean automaker aims to achieve 5.55 million global vehicle cells by 2030, which expects 60 percent of the total sales come from electric vehicles in markets such as North America, Europe and Korea.

18 models debut
The biggest highlight portfolio has been expanded in the announcements made by the company, in which more than 18 models will be made by 2030. Hyundai's luxury brand, genesis, will also expand with new hybrid models from 2026. The car manufacturer has confirmed that the new Hyundai will debut with Jane's Tmed-II technology of the Hyundai Palised Hybrid brand, which promises better performance and mileage.

Midsize pickup truck

Hyundai is also planning to enter the midsize pickup truck segment in North America before 2030. The car manufacturer has confirmed that the first Hyundai Extended Range EVs will come in 2027. India will get the first Hyundai EV designed to meet local needs, which will be supported by the local supply chain. This Indo-centric Hyundai electric car will hit the roads before 2030.

Global production will increase

Pune facility will be an export hub. In addition, the South Korean Automaker has revealed that it will increase its global production capacity by 1.2 million units by 2030. This will include 250,000 units from Multi-Model Export Hub in Pune, HMHAMA (Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America) and 200,000 units for Dedicated EV Facility in Ulsan.

Kodename Hyundai NI1i, this hybrid SUV is likely to share powertrain with new Creta Hybrid. Palisad with hybrid powertrain will also come to India in 2028.

New Delhi. Reno Duster had a big fan base in India. However, this midsize SUV was discontinued in early 2022 as its first generation model became old and sales were declining. With the aim of re -strengthening its hold in the Indian market, the French Automeker is preparing to present the Duster in a new avatar earlier next year. Interestingly, the company has left the second generation duster and decided to bring the model of the third generation directly, which will challenge Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyder and other rivals.

Before coming to the market, the car manufacturer has started testing the new 2026 Reno Duster in India. Recently, its Havili Camoflaged Test Muile was captured on camera in Bengaluru. While spy images hidden most design details, some major highlights are clear such as straight stance, V-shape taillights, roof-mounted spiiler, shark fin antenna and roof rails, large wheel arch cladding, a racged windshield and rear warpherd and wiper.

India-spec styling changes

Compared to its global-spec version, the India-spec duster will have some different styling such as new front and rear bumper and new alloy wheel design. The official teaser released earlier has confirmed that the new Reno Duster will have Y shape's LED lighting elements, a new signature grill with new logo, a scalpted bonnet, black-out B-Pillars, Integrated Turn Indicators and Body-Kald Dore Handles in the ORVM.

Although the official interior details have not been revealed yet, the 2026 Reno Duster is likely to have more premium cabins and features than its appearance. These features are expected to be in SUVs:

The Duster Hybrid will later join the lineup, while the CNG fuel option for the Reno SUV is also considering.

The SUV is expected to have several premium features such as Level 2 ADAS, 360-degree camera, triple screen setup, HUD, panoramic sunroof, ventilated and powered front seats, wireless Apple CarPlays and Android Auto, Built-in Dasuals and other features.

Reno Duster
Next-generation Reno Duster will have a new design language of the brand and will introduce more upmarket interior than its predicer. The Reno will adopt a multi-Puratine strategy for the new model, which will have petrol, hybrid and CNG engine options. The SUV will be first introduced with 1.0L turbo or 1.3L turbo petrol engine options, while the hybrid version will come later.
