New Delhi. Apollo Tires has launched its latest ultra-high performance (UHP) tire, Aspire 5, which has been developed and manufactured in India for luxury vehicles. Targeting the UHP tire segment, including 17 inches and above rim size and W/Y speed rating, Aspire 5 is designed for premium and electric vehicle segment.
17 to 20 inch size Aspire 5 will be available in the size of 17 to 20 inches, which will make it compatible with most luxury cars and SUVs. The tire has been extensive testing in Europe, India, Japan and Korea and has been particularly adapted to handle Indian road conditions. It is also EV-Taiyar, which meets the specific performance and acoustic demands of the electric crossover and premium SUV.
“The performance is no longer about speed,” said Rajesh Dahiya, Vice President of Apollo Tires Limited – Commercial (India, SAARC and South East Asia). “Today's luxury car owners expect a cool, more comfortable and connected driving experience.
