Hyundai has further strengthened the lineup of its popular compact SUV Venue. Celebrating the great milestone of 1 lakh bookings, the company has launched Hyundai Venue with the new HX8 diesel automatic (AT) variant. The ex-showroom price of this variant has been kept at only Rs 13,69,900. Earlier the diesel variant was available in HX10, which was priced at Rs 15.51 lakh. Now it is available cheaper by Rs 1.81 lakh through HX8.
The new gen Hyundai Venue was launched in November 2025. Its price starts from Rs 7.89 lakh and goes up to Rs 15.69 lakh. In just four months of its launch, it achieved more than 1 lakh bookings. Design and interior
New Gen Hyundai Venue is an attractive compact SUV, which is making waves in the Indian market. Its exterior design is bold and modern. With length 3995 mm, width 1800 mm, height 1665 mm and wheelbase 2520 mm, it fits in the sub-4 meter category. Quad LED headlamps, parametric grille, squared-off look and 16 inch diamond cut alloy wheels make it attractive on the road. The new K1 platform increases strength and space.
The interior is premium and tech-loaded. Dual 12.3 inch curved panoramic displays (infotainment + digital cluster) make the central console look modern. It can be bought with 1.2L petrol (83 PS), 1.0L turbo petrol (120 PS) and 1.5L CRDi diesel (116 PS / 250 Nm) engines. The diesel variant is available in HX8 with 6-speed AT. Mileage according to ARAI is 18-20 kmpl in petrol and 20.99 kmpl in diesel MT. With refined performance and comfort, the Venue is perfect for both city and highway use.
