Hyderabad News: In Hyderabad, GHMC and TGREDCO are together and are setting up more than 138 EV charging stations, promoting electric vehicles in the city.
71 public charging stations are already operational within the GHMC limit. Apart from this, there are 10 more new stations which have reached the final phase of starting. At the same time, TGREDCO has set up 138 public charging stations in the city and its outskirts. Due to these stations, not only EV owners are getting facilities in the city, but EV charging network is also getting stronger in the surrounding towns.
According to the information, there are some charging stations in Hyderabad where most crowds are being seen. These include Malakam Cheruvu, IIIT, KPHB Colony, near the Deloite office and BHEL MIG area. There is a huge demand for EV charging points here and people are constantly demanding to increase more charging points.
How to track close charging station
EV users can easily detect available charging stations around them. Two major options are available for this. First, TGEV Mobile App which has been prepared by Telangana Energy Development Corporation. This app provides users information, information and other necessary details of close charging stations in real-time. The second option is the official website of GHMC. Citizens can go here and see the location of public charging stations present in the city and their status.
This detail will not only facilitate EV owners, but is also considered a big step towards making Hyderabad an environment-friendly and durable city. In the coming time, the number of these charging stations will be increased further so that electric vehicles can get more incentives.
