Jaguar Land Rover has recalled over 121,500 range rover and Range Rover Sport SUV in the US due to suspension default. P.B. Balaji has been appointed as the new CEO.

Units between 2014 and 2017
According to the notification issued by NHTSA, Safety Regulators have identified a possible suspension default at the Range Rover and Range Rover Sport SUV created between 2014 and 2017. According to the company, the front suspension can cause a crack in the upper copying joint, which can make the suspension arm separate.
In the US, Range Rover was called by Jaguar Land Rover. Suspension imitations connect the front wheels with elements like brake assembly. In June, NHTSA launched an initial investigation in 91,856 Jaguar Land Rover vehicles, especially 2014-2017 Range Rover Sport models. Now this recall has moved beyond vehicles involved in that initial investigation. However, there is no major problem in seeing this problem, its result can be fatal. In affected vehicles, these aluminum parts may increase cracks over time. Such cracks can weaken steering and braking stability, which increases the risk of accident.
Will get free service
Land rover dealers in the US will now analyze the front suspension imitations and will stabilize a retaining bracket or change the copy as per the requirement, and it will be offered for service free. The affected vehicle owners will be informed via email by 30 September 2025. They can also contact through the company's toll free number. Land rover numbers for this recall are D019, N759, D041, and D027.
