In a conversation with CNBC TV18, Mahindra revealed that he was considering increasing the price in his entire vehicle lineup.

Sales growth of 18 %
Mahindra's Automotive Division CEO Nalinikant Golgunta said that the company is closely monitoring inflation trends and market movements. He insisted that any decision to increase prices will be taken keeping in mind the growing input cost. While major companies like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai and Tata Motors recorded a decline in sales in June, Mahindra registered an increase of 18% year-on-year. The Indian SUV manufacturer sold 47,306 units in June 2025, while last year 40,022 units were sold.

Bestsellers in Mahindra's portfolio

According to Golgunte, Mahindra performed strongly in June 2025 due to four major launch – XUV 3xo, Thar Rocks, and Electric Couple, XEV 9E and BE. These models strengthen the best-sellers like Scorpio, XUV700 and Bolero, which leads to an increase in sales. Mahindra expects a 15–20% increase in FY26, taking advantage of its diverse SUV range and increasing EV lineups.

The company is searching for the optional supplier to enhance long -term stability, especially due to China's export sanctions, rare meaning is reducing the risks of Magnet Supply Crisis. He further said that Mahindra is making monthly production and sale of 4,000 units of XEV 9E and BE 6 for his top-of-the-line variants, pack 3,. The company is planning to introduce affordable pack 1 and pack 2 variants before the festive season. The company maintains 5,000 units monthly operational capacity.
