One of the reasons for its becoming popular is that it is one of the cheapest cars in India. Now the company has updated it with 6 airbag setup. That is, now you are going to get this budget car with more safety. After adding 6 airbags, the price of this car has also increased.

Price increased by 16,000
With 6 airbag setup, now the price of this car has now been increased to Rs 16,000. Now the initial price of this car has been Rs 4.23 lakh. Earlier this price was 4.09 lakh rupees. The government in India has released new regulations for safety in cars. Therefore, companies are constantly updating their models with 6 airbags.

In addition to 6 airbags, the safety suit of Maruti Alto K10 includes rear parking sensors, 3-point seat belts for all rear passengers, luggage-retention crossbar, electronic stability program (ESP), anti-lock braking system (ABS) and Electronic Brake-FORCE Distribution (EBD).

74 percent of the Maruti Alto K10 buyers have come for the first time i.e. the first time buyers. Maruti Suzuki has sold more than 46 lakh units of Alto since the budget hatchback came to India in 2000. The company's Chief Marketing and Sales Executive, Partho Banerjee also said that 74 percent of Alto K10 buyers are buying cars for the first time.
