New Delhi. Mahindra & Mahindra has recently launched its much-awaited SUV Mahindra 3XO in the Indian market. This SUV has been launched with its attractive design, powerful engine and advanced features, due to which it is ready to give a tough competition to other SUVs present in the market. The company has introduced it in both petrol and diesel variants, which gives the customers the facility to choose the option as per their need.

In the compact SUV segment, vehicles are coming with excellent mileage. Maruti Brezza and Tata Nexon dominate this segment. Here we are going to tell you the mileage of petrol and diesel variants of this SUV.

Petrol variant mileage
The petrol variant of Mahindra 3XO comes with a 1.2 liter turbo petrol engine. In this you get the option of 110PS/200Nm and 130PS/230Nm power output. This SUV comes in 15 variants in this engine. Which includes both automatic and manual models. The mileage of petrol variant is between 17.96 Kmpl to 20 Kmpl. Its AX5L variant has the highest mileage. Mileage figures are reported by the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI).

Tremendous mileage in diesel variant
The second engine in Mahindra 3XO is a 1.5-litre diesel engine which generates 117PS of power and 300Nm of torque. It also has the option of 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox. Talking about mileage, the mileage of diesel variants is between 20.6 kmpl to 21.2 kmpl. A7 Autoshift Plus has the highest mileage in the diesel variant.

What is special in both the variants?
Mahindra 3XO has modern features in both the variants, such as advanced infotainment system, automatic climate control and many latest technologies along with 6 airbags for safety. Along with this, both its variants have been designed keeping in mind the Indian roads and customer needs.

Which one to choose?
If you want to buy an SUV for urban driving and the budget is low, then the petrol variant can be the right option for you. At the same time, if you are focusing on more mileage and more power, then the diesel variant will be better.
