During this event, the company also launched an electric bike. The company launched its ultraviolette shockwave in this event. This model called Shockwave is the center of attraction 'Adventure' and its design is inspired by rally and supermoto style motorcycles. Its top speed is 120 km per hour and according to the IDC bicycle it offers a 165 km ride range. Its weight is only 120 kg, making it an easy-to-ride option for off-roading. This includes advanced features such as ABS, traction control and 6 -level rejectionable braking. The price of Shockwave starts at Rs 1,75,000, but under an introductory offer for the first 10,000 customers, it has been priced at Rs 1,49,999.
Pre-booking of Ultraviolet Terrorct and Shockwave has begun, while the delivery of Shockwave will begin in the first quarter of 2026. Shockwave can be considered an enduro, which is the first motorcycle of its kind in India with electric powertrain and gives a peak power output of 14.5 Bhp.

For braking, it has a 270 mm front disc and dual-piston caliper and a 220 mm rear disc and floating single-piston caliper.

Dimensionally, the BYD Sealion 7 measures 4,830 mm in length, 1,925 mm in width, 1,620 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2,930 mm. This makes the Sealion 7 electric SUV 30 mm longer than the BYD Seal, while the wheelbase is 10 mm longer than the electric sedan. Also, the BYD Sealion 7 is the tallest electric car from the brand. It is available with 19-inch alloy wheels, while there are also optional 20-inch wheels available.

The first Royal Enfield electric motorcycle will take design inspiration from the Flying Flea which was used in World War II.
The first Royal Enfield electric motorcycle may look like it has taken inspiration from the brand's existing Classic range of motorcycles, but the production model will come with an entirely new design philosophy.
Indian motorcycle manufacturer, Royal Enfield is all set to take on the electric vehicle wagon with its first electric motorcycle. The electric bike will be unveiled tomorrow, November 4, at EICMA 2024.
While the company has had several teasers of the upcoming electric motorcycle, one thing the brand has focused on with the teaser is comparing the upcoming bike to the Flying Flea motorcycle that played a big role in World War 2. Keeping in mind that the brand has also filed a nameplate patent of the same name, they could call the electric motorcycle “Flying Flea”.

Royal Enfield electric motorcycle: what to expect
Earlier in October, the first Royal Enfield electric motorcycle was spotted being driven by Royal Enfield Managing Director Siddharth Lal in Barcelona. Royal Enfield will enter the EV segment with a city motorcycle instead of an electric adventure tourer. In the teaser, the motorcycle can be seen being dropped with a parachute.
The first Royal Enfield electric motorcycle may look like it has taken inspiration from the brand's existing Classic range of motorcycles, but the production model will come with a completely new design philosophy, creating an entirely new perception of the brand. Will do.

However, it will be modified to show information related to EVs. The front has girder forks which were again used on the Flying Flea.

At present, there is no information about the range, specs and battery size of the upcoming electric motorcycle. But considering the size and slim design, it is expected that Royal Enfield will present it as a city motorcycle. There should be fast charging on offer and it looks like the battery pack will not be removable.
Additionally, the upcoming Royal Enfield electric motorcycle is expected to be the most expensive product in the brand's entire portfolio. Royal Enfield has not revealed anything about the pricing strategy of its upcoming electric motorcycle. However, considering the high cost of the battery pack and the premium positioning of the EV, it will be an expensive motorcycle.

Raptee Energy’s upcoming electric motorcycle promises up to 150-kilometre range on a single charge.
Raptee Energy unveiled its upcoming electric motorcycle on Thursday, previewing the upcoming EV. The electric motorcycle is slated to launch in April this year and it claims to be built on a high-voltage drivetrain. The EV manufacturer also claims that the upcoming electric motorcycle will come with a host of features and technology promising a thrilling ride experience. However, the EV maker has not revealed the name of the motorcycle or any details about its pricing.
The prototype showcased by Raptee Energy previews the design of the upcoming electric motorcycle, which carries a naked roadster styling. Expect it to feature an all-LED lighting setup as well as a fully digital instrument cluster. Also, the electric motorcycle will be running sporty alloy wheels wrapped with meaty rubbers. The prototype also hints the motorcycle will come featuring disc brakes on both front and rear wheels, while suspension duty will be done by telescopic front forks.
Speaking about the powertrain, Raptee Energy has stated that the upcoming electric motorcycle will boast a powerful drivetrain. It claims to be capable of running at a top speed of 135 kmph. The EV maker also claimed that the motorcycle will offer a real-world range of up to 150 kilometres on a single charge.
The battery pack onboard the electric motorcycle claims to be capable of being charged up to 80 per cent in 45 minutes, while it will provide up to a 40-kilometre range on 15-minute charging. The motorcycle also claims to come with an acceleration capability of 0-60 kmph in 3.5 seconds. Raptee claims the motorcycle will challenge internal combustion engine-powered models as well.
Ola Electric’s scooters have been spotted on the Buddh International Circuit track ahead of the upcoming MotoGP Bharat 2023, scheduled between September 22 and 24, 2023. Also, three-time MotoGP world champion and the safety advisor for the upcoming event, Loris Capriossi was seen taking the Ola electric scooter for a spin on the BIC track. The electric vehicle manufacturer has posted several images on social media of its scooters on the BIC tracks. The EV company is the industry partner of the event.

Ola Electric is expected to showcase its Diamondhead electric motorcycle at the upcoming MotoGP Bharat event. The Diamondhead is the superbike concept that the EV manufacturer revealed on August 15 this year. This futuristic sportsbike is slated to launch within a few years as part of Ola Electric’s range of electric motorcycles, which were showcased in concept forms in August.

The Ola Diamondhead comes with a diamond-shaped panel at the front, which paved the way for the nomenclature. The diamond panel gets a sleek LED strip, while the actual LED headlamp sits beneath the beak. The concept sportsbike was showcased as a semi-faired model.
The pure electric Ola sportsbike gets disc brakes on both front and rear wheels, while the rear wheel comes covered in order to achieve better aerodynamic efficiency. Another exciting fact about this bike is that the front suspension looks completely unconventional as it is positioned almost parallel to the ground. Other design elements of the Ola Diamondhead include a sleek LED strip at the tip of the tail section acting as a taillight.
Besides the Ola Diamondhead, Ola Electric is also expected to showcase its other electric motorcycle concepts at the event. The other models include a cruiser, a roadster and an adventure motorcycle, which all were showcased in August this year.
Ultraviolette Automotive claims that the F77 Space Edition comes drawing inspiration from India’s advent towards space research and technology. It claims to come equipped with a wide range of aerospace-grade materials across the body. This means the pure electric motorcycle comes significantly higher priced than the standard version of the model, which is available at a starting price of ₹3.80 lakh (ex-showroom). The EV maker has also said that bookings for the F77 Space Edition will open on August 22 evening, on its official website. The bike will be produced in exclusively limited numbers, only 10 units.

Speaking about the new special edition electric motorcycle, it claims to have been designed following the advanced electronics and technology used in modern aircraft. The bike gets custom machined aerospace-grade aluminium components ensuring high durability. Also, it claims to come wearing aerospace-grade paint.
The motorcycle promises to deliver a 307 km range on a single charge. Its high-performance motor churns out 39.94 bhp peak power and 100 Nm of impressive maximum torque output. It is capable of accelerating 0-60 kmph in just 2.9 seconds and can run at a top speed of 152 kmph.
Speaking on the launch of the Ultraviolette F77 Space Edition, Narayan Subramaniam, Co-Founder and CEO of Ultraviolette Automotive, said that the manufacturer aims to constantly push the boundaries of science and technology and the new special edition is the best way for that. “As the aerospace industry is where the pinnacles of technology are achieved, the F77 Space Edition proudly commemorates India’s celestial journey.
