Vehicle manufacturer Hyundai Motor India Limited will increase the prices of all its vehicles by about 0.6 percent from January 1. It has been said that the company has to take this decision due to the increase in the prices of raw materials.
New Delhi. Vehicle manufacturer Hyundai Motor India Limited will increase the prices of all its vehicles by about 0.6 percent from January 1. Due to increase in raw material prices the company is increasing the prices of vehicles.
Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) informed the stock market on Wednesday that due to the increase in the prices of precious metals and commodity products, the company will increase the prices of all its models by an average of about 0.6 percent.
The company said, “While the company is continuously striving to optimize production costs and minimize the impact on its customers, we are forced to pass on a portion of the increased cost from this nominal price increase to the market.”
Currently, the company sells a range of vehicles ranging from the hatchback i10 Nios to the electric SUV Ioniq 5. Their price ranges from Rs 5.47 lakh to more than Rs 47 lakh (ex-showroom).
