Hyundai India has launched Creta Electric at an initial price of Rs 17.99 lakh. It has 42 kwh and 51.4 kwh battery options, which gives a range of 390 km and 473 km.
New Delhi. Hyundai India (Hyundai India) launched Creta Electric in the Indian market a few days ago at the Auto Expo. This SUV has been launched at an initial price of Rs 17.99 lakh (ex-showroom) which goes up to Rs 23.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The company has also opened its booking. Customers wishing to buy EV can book it by paying Rs 25,000.
The design of Hyundai Creta Electric is very similar to its petrol engine model. This car uses a redesign bumper which gives it a great look. There is no special change in the overall design of the car. This model comes with the new 17-inch alloy wheelz. Buyers can choose eight color options with two dual-tone color schemes.
Great safety features
Let's talk about passenger safety, it is equipped with a variety of safety features including a digital, Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), a 360-degree camera and Adas. These features are classified in four different trims: Executive, Smart, Premium and Excellence.
Battery and range
This electric car is available with two battery pack options: a 42 kwh battery that claims a 390 km driving range, and a large 51.4 kwh battery that gives a range of 473 km when charged once. Both battery options can be recharged using DC charger, so that 10 percent to 80 percent can be charged in just 58 minutes. A smart connected wall box charger of 11 kW is also available, which can completely recharge the battery from 10 percent to 100 percent in four hours.
