2025 Hyundai Venue will be launched after Diwali, with new styling, feature-pack interior, three engines and gearbox options, a slight increase in the price is possible.

New Delhi. Next Jane Hyundai Venue is ready to come to the showroom on November 4, 2025 – that is, just after Diwali. The car manufacturer has tested the new model under strict conditions, the spy image has revealed many details about this car. Codename Qu2i, 2025 Hyundai Venue's Cret is expected to come up with several improvements and more feature-pack interior in inspired styling. However, the engine and gearbox option are likely to be taken from the current Gane model itself.

Fresh looks

The new venue will maintain its signature straight and boxy stance, but it will have a completely new front face. At the front, it will have large and newly designed grills, headlamps with split patterns and vertical LED DRL elements. The side profile will be modified with new 16-inch alloy wheels, thick body cladding and sharp wing mirror around the wheel arch. The newly connected LED tailamp setup in the rear section and the redeemned glass house will be.

More features
The interior details of the new 2025 Hyundai Venue have not been revealed yet. However, the new model is expected to come up with a newly designed dashboard, large touchscreen, new switchgear with new center console, 360-degree camera, ventilated front seats and updated ADAS (Autonomous Driver Assistance System) suit.

3 engines, 3 gearbox options
Buyers will have three engine options – 83bhp, 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol, 120bhp, 1.0L turbo petrol and 100bhp, 1.5L diesel. A 5-speed manual gearbox will be offered with a base natural aspirated petrol engine, while 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCT transmission will continue with turbo-petrol motor. Diesel variants will get a 6-speed manual gearbox.

Expect a slight increase in price
The price upgrade is likely to grow slight growth due to the generation upgrade. After the recent GST reform, the price of the current generation Hyundai Venue was cut by Rs 1.33 lakh, and now it costs Rs 7.26 lakh to Rs 12.32 lakh.

The Executive Turbo trim comes with 16-inch dual-tone stylized wheels, dark chrome on the grille, roof rails, shark fin antenna and an ‘Executive’ emblem on the tailgate. The interior gets a front centre armrest with storage, 2-step rear reclining seats, 60:40 split seats and adjustable headrests for all passengers.

There is an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which comes with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and voice recognition. There is also a digital cluster with a TFT MID for the driver.

For safety, there are 6 airbags, 3 point seatbelts with seat belt reminders, Electronic Stability Control, Vehicle Stability Management, Hill Assist Control, automatic headlamps, tyre pressure monitoring system etc.

Powering the new variant is the same 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. It puts out 118 bhp of max power at 6,000 rpm and a peak torque output of 172 Nm at 1,500 to 4,000 rpm. The Executive Turbo is only available with a 6-speed manual transmission. The engine also comes with an Idle Start/Stop system to enhance fuel efficiency.

Hyundai has also updated the Venue S (O) Turbo variant with an electric sunroof and map lamps for the passenger and the driver. This variant is available with a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) has announced that the automaker has delivered 46 Venue subcompact SUVs to the Department of Health, Maharashtra government. The manufacturer delivered the Hyundai Venue SUVs at the Council Hall in Pune, in the presence of Prof (Dr) Tanajirao Sawant, Minister, Public Health Department, Maharashtra, along with the Hyundai India management.

The Hyundai Venue is the brand’s popular subcompact SUV and was recently updated with new features including the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). In fact, the Venue is the most affordable offering in the country to get ADAS at the moment. Prices for the Hyundai Venue start from 7.77 lakh, going up to 13.34 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.

Commenting on the handover ceremony, Umesh Narayan Chandratre, Zonal Business Head – West Zone, Hyundai Motor India, said, “HMIL is honoured to service the Government of Maharashtra’s mobility needs by delivering 46 Hyundai Venue SUVs. These vehicles will serve the Maharashtra Health Department. Hyundai Venue, offering spacious interiors and class-leading comfort, convenience, and safety features, was the preferred choice. We extend our gratitude to the Maharashtra Government for selecting the Hyundai Venue as its mobility partner.

In related news, Hyundai India recently announced its decision to acquire General Motors’ Talegaon facility in Maharashtra. The company signed an Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) in August this year. The new facility will see a major revamp in order to produce cars with a significant capacity expansion planned taking the installed capacity from the current 130,000 units per annum.

Hyundai plans to increase its annual production from India to 10 lakh units with the new facility. Hyundai has already announced a commitment of 5,000 crore to the state over the next five years with production slated to commence in 2025. The new facility is expected to create about 4,500 direct and indirect employment opportunities once it begins operations.
