It has been claimed in the video that this test was done to check the strength of the SUV. There are many discussions going on about this SUV which was recently launched in the Indian market, due to which this video spread rapidly on social media. However, this viral video is not real, rather it has been created with the help of Artificial Intelligence software.

The video also shows a person placing a crash test dummy on the seat. This footage has been viewed and shared thousands of times on platforms like Instagram and X.

In the world of compact SUVs, who directly compete with the sedan, Desire beaten her competition and sold 15,484 units and recorded a big growth of 15% year-on-year. It sold 13,421 units in June 2024. Talking about the compact SUV, Maruti is ruling the market with Suzuki Brezza, which sold 14,507 units. This is another big lead for India's number one car manufacturer, as Brezza recorded a growth of 10% year-on-year. It sold 13,172 units in June 2024. Brezza was also the third best -selling vehicle in May and performed better, as it had sold 15,556 units.

Ertiga Top 5
The Ertiga is the only MPV to join the Top 5 list and sold 14,151 units, but saw a decline of 11% year-on-year. It sold 15,902 units in June 2024. May Maruti Suzuki was a great month for MPV, as it sold 16,140 units. Swift is back in the top 5, replacing Mahindra Scorpio. Hatchback sold 13,275 units in June, which was a 19% decline year-on (YOY). Swift was the sixth best -selling vehicle in May and had recorded 14,135 units.
