Mahindra introduced four new SUV concepts on Independence Day: Vision S, Vision X, Vision Tea and Vision SXT. They are based on the new NUIQ platform and cover the various vehicle family.

New Delhi. Mahindra has created a lot in the market by presenting four new SUV concepts in the Independence Day program. The automaker has also showcased Vision X, Vision Tea and Vision SXT with Vision S Concept. All these SUVs are based on the new NU.IQ platform and can introduce new models covering different vehicle family. While the vision seems to be part of the XUV family, while Vision can be part of S Scorpio Family.

Mahindra Vision S Concept
The Mahindra Vision S Concept has a boxy silhouette which has straight lines around the body. However, its front face gives modern appeal that has twin pix logo and vertical stacked LED lights on both sides. In addition, the brand has created a new design for the headlamps, which is in L-shape.

New Generation Mahindra Bolero
It also shows the features of the vehicle with off-road capacity with plastic cladding on the side lights, strong-looking bumper and large wheel arch. All this is with the new design of flush door handles, slim ORVM and alloy wheels while maintaining modern appeal. It is likely that some of these elements can be included in the upcoming new generation Mahindra Bolero.

FWD and AWD Configuration
This architecture cordinate individual powertrains, including both FWD and AWD configuration, and can be adapted to LHD and RHD markets. It has significant wheelbase of 2,665 mm and customized front (745–850 mm) and rear (550–805 mm) overhangs, this adaptive platform is designed for different body style and driving requirements.

Mahindra showcased four new SUV concepts – Vision X, S, T and SXT on Independence Day. These are based on Nu.IQ platform. The first model will come in 2027.

New Delhi. Mahindra & Mahindra showcased four new SUV concepts – Vision X, Vision S, Vision Tea and Vision SXT on the occasion of Independence Day. All these concepts are based on Mahindra's new NU.IQ platform, which supports many powertrains and drivetrain systems. Mahindra Vision Tea and Vision S can possibly follow the rugged versions of Thar and Scorpio SUVs. Vision X may perhaps join the XUV or XEV family, while Mahindra Vision SXT is a pickup with a compact load area.

All-Terran Pick Up Truck
The vision SXT has a rugged and off-road ready-made character, which has All-Terrane Tires, Pronounced Wheel Archae and High Ground Clearance. At the front, the pickup has split grille, headlamps with unique LED elements, a large bumper with a metallic skid plate and a raised bonnet. The side profile is equipped with flared wheel arc, black ORVM, black side step and doors and body graphics. Behind the C-Pillar, the rear section is open and equipped with two spare all-terrain tires.

Sxt pickup interior

The interior details of SXT pickup have not yet been revealed. However, Mahindra's official showkeaking features a vertically-packed single touchscreen and a digital instrument cluster located just behind the steering wheel. The pickup will feature flat-boatum steering wheels, vertical AC vents and big grab rails on door panels.

Mahindra's new NU.IQ platform
Along with SUV concepts, Mahindra & Mahindra also introduced its new flexible NU.IQ platform, which claims to offer class-leading, ground clearance and cabin space. It has 5 links rear suspension, which has Davinci damper technology, which promises better ride comfort and body control. The length of SUV based on NU.IQ platform will be between 3,990 mm to 4,320 mm. This architecture supports ICE (internal combustion engine) and electric powertrain as well as FWD (front-wheel drive) and AWD (all-wheel drive) system. The first model based on this new architecture will come in 2027.
