Mahindra & Mahindra showcased four new concepts SUV – Vision S, Vision X, Vision Tea and Vision SXT. These SUVs will be launched by 2027 and the new XUV 3xo will come in 2028-2029.

New Delhi. Mahindra & Mahindra made headlines by showing four new concept SUV – Vision S, Vision X, Vision Tea and Vision SXT. All these concepts are based on the new NU IQ modular platforms, which supports many powertrains including ICE, Hybrid and Electric. The Mahindra Vision X Concept SUV will probably follow the next generation's XUV 3xo, with some design elements shared with XEV.

Hope of debut in 2027
The car manufacturer has confirmed that NU IQ platform based SUVs will start coming to 2027. The next generation Xuv 3xo is expected to come up by the beginning of 2028 mid or 2029. Most of the design elements of Vision X Concept in New Jane's Mahindra XUV 3xo, ready for exterior design, are expected to maintain elements. The concept SUV has a sporty, crossover stance with high ground clearance.

New Mahindra Xuv 3xo

At the front, it has a seled-off grille, coupe-like windshield, sculpted bonnet, slim lighting elements on the front bumper and XEV9 e-inspired fog lamps with twin pix logo. The side profile has been extended with aero-optimized dual-tone alloy wheels, low profile tires, squeezed wheel arc, front to rear black cladding, flush-fitting door handles, bold crease and a silver side step on doors.

Interior

The interior design and features Mahindra Vision X have a dual screen setup that serves as both infotainment and instrument cluster. It has a black finish dashboard, 2-spoke steering wheels, cup holders and a large center console with storage space, Personal Center Arm Rests for front passengers. A similar interior layout is expected for the new generation Mahindra XUV 3xo.

Powertrain
Mahindra has not yet disclosed Paurtrain Details. However, since it is based on the NU IQ platform which is compatible with multiple powertrains, the new generation XUV 3xo is expected to be introduced with 3 engine options – petrol, hybrid and electric.

New Delhi. Mahindra & Mahindra has finally unveiled from its new NU.IQ modular platform, which will prepare the brand's future products to compete with global C-segment cars. The car manufacturer has confirmed that the first model based on the new Mahindra Nu.IQ platform will come in 2027.

'Best in Segment'
The company has claimed that NU.IQ will offer Leading Seating and Ground Clearance in the platform segment. The SUVs on this architecture will have a 1,563mm seating position, 350mm driver 'H' point and ground clearance up to 227mm. Apart from this, the new Mahindra NU.IQ platform is also going to get adequate cabin space with 830mm couple distance, 937mm second roam legroom and 1,404mm shoulder room.

Better driveability, handling and mileage

Advance Suspension and Ride Comfort Mahindra has revealed that her new flexible NU.IQ comes with a link rear suspension system, which has been extended with Davinci damper technology. It has been claimed to be the first such technology in the world, which does better ride comfort and body control. Architecture is described as “heavy in style, light in everything”, its 'light' increases body type driveness, handling and mileage.

Stability and capacity
The platform has exceeded several stability and capacity tests, including twin_timized optimized load path for safety, a uni -_rning unified door ring structure, as well as strong cell chemist for water every end test, fire test, wires test and battery safety.

Many powertrain options
The new NU.IQ platform supports many powertrains and configurations. Several Paurtrain, FWD (front-wheel drive) and AWD (all-wheel drive) system, and LHD (Left-Hand Drive) and RHD (Right-Hand Drive) support the configuration. The upcoming Mahindra SUVs based on this new flexible platform will be between 3,990mm – 4,320mm. This 4.3 meter long SUVs and the biggest cabin space for the sub-4-meter model will also continue.

New Delhi. Mahindra & Mahindra is touching new heights of success every month. In July 2025, the domestic automaker recorded a total of 83,691 units, including 26 percent of an annual growth. Mahindra sold 49,871 SUV units, which is 20 percent growth compared to the same month of the previous year. Talk about export, Mahindra exported a total of 50,835 SUVs to the global market.

Scorpio, Thar, XUV 700 strong sales
The best -selling models include Scorpio N, Bolero, XUV700, Thar and Thar Rocks, which are selling in large volumes, as well as recently launched Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9E Electric SUVs. Scorpio N, Bolero, XUV700, Thar and Thar Rocks have been the bestsellers for a long time.

Mahindra's segment-wise domestic cell
In the Commercial Vehicle (CV) segment, Mahindra recorded stable growth with a total sale of 21,571 units. The car manufacturer sold 9,475 three-wheelers (including electric models), which is 164 percent higher than in July 2024. In July 2025, Export Business was quite professional for Mahindra, with 2,774 units, which is an annual growth of 83 %.

New Electric SUV announced for Q1, 2026
The domestic automaker has revealed the plan to launch two new electric SUVs in Q1, 2026. While the names have not yet been revealed, one of them is likely to be the Mahindra XEV 7e-seater electric SUV. This model is likely to be shared with powertrain, design, features and components XEV 9E. Apart from this, Mahindra will also offer several facelifts and variants updates for the bottom battery pack variants of BE 6 and XEV 9E, existing models. Popular SUVs such as XUV700, Scorpio N and Thar will get changes in design and feature upgrade with midlife updates.

For its upcoming products, the car manufacturer has released several teaser videos and photos, in which some details from their silhouette to design have also come out. On 15 August 2025, domestic automekar will mourn its four new concepts, Vision T, Vision S, Vision SXT and Vision X. Mahindra's new flexible architecture 'Freedom Nu' will also be introduced. Apart from this, updated Bolero Neo SUV will also be showcased in this event.

Mahindra Vision T concept can be based on Thar.E Electric. Which will have square bonnet, wheel arch and all terrain tires. According to reports, the Vision X Concept Xev 9E can show a new version of the coupe SUV, which will be a Near Production Model. This can be the upcoming Mahindra XEV 7e-seater electric SUV, which will be available for sale in the first quarter of FY2026. Vision S and SXT will probably be the concept versions of Scorpio N and Scorpio N-based pickup trucks.

2025 Mahindra Bolero Neo
The updated Bolero Neo will make its debut on 15 August. Spy image shows that the SUV will have a completely new body panel, Thar Roxx-inspired goal headlamps, new LED fog lamps and more straight nose. Its newly designed multi-spoke alloy wheels will be taken from XUV700. Below the hood, 2025 Mahindra Bolero Neo is expected to have the current 100bhp, 1.5L, 3-cylinder diesel engine.

New Mahindra Platform
The Mumbai -based automaker will also showcase its new 'Freedom Nu' platform, which will debut on the new generation Bolero SUV in 2026. This new architecture will probably be a monococcu platform, which will be suited to many powertrains including petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric.
