New Delhi. Official booking of the upcoming Mahindra XUV7XO has started from today (December 15, 2025). Interested buyers can now pre-book this SUV at any Mahindra dealership by paying a token amount of Rs 21,000. This is actually the facelift version of Mahindra XUV700, the official debut of the new XUV7XO is going to happen on January 5, 2026.
How is the design?
The design teaser inspired by the XEV 9e/XEV 9S shows that the Mahindra XUV7XO will get a new front grille, as well as lighting elements like the Its side profile will be quite similar to that of XUV700, but it will be given new aero-optimized alloy wheels. At the rear, the new Mahindra XUV7XO will get a connected full width light bar and a slightly redesigned bumper. No changes will be made to the sheet metal.
Dimensions and color options
Talking about dimensions, the size of the SUV is likely to remain the same as the XUV700, i.e. its length will be 4695mm, width 1890mm and height 1755mm. Mahindra may also introduce new exterior color options along with the existing paint schemes, which include Dazzling Silver, Midnight Black, Everest White, Stealth Black, Electric Blue, Napoli Black, Deep Forest, Valyrian Silver, Burnt Sienna, Dual-Tone Option and Blaze Red with Black Roof (Blaze Edition).

Interior details have not been revealed yet. However, the Mahindra XUV7XO is expected to get a triple screen setup and a new two-spoke steering wheel, as we have seen in the XEV 9e. It can also get auto dimming IRVM, BYOD feature for rear seat entertainment, premium Harman Kardon audio system and other features.
Safety Features
New Safety Features Additional safety features can be found in Mahindra XUV7XO, which includes updated level 2 ADAS suite, 7 airbags, hill hold assist, electronic stability control, 360 degree surround view camera, tire pressure monitoring system and other features.
Engine and Gearbox
Options The Mahindra XUV7XO lineup will have 200bhp, 2.0L turbo petrol and 155bhp/185bhp, 2.2L diesel engine options, which are taken from the Both manual and automatic gearboxes will be available in it.
potential price
With better styling and premium features, the price of XUV7XO may see a slight increase. The current XUV700 lineup is priced between Rs 13.66 lakh and Rs 23.71 lakh (ex-showroom).
