India's best-selling 7-seater in 2025 was Maruti Ertiga, which overtook Innova. Sales of Ertiga stood at 1,92,025 units, the main reasons being its affordable price and features. Ertiga is being liked a lot in India since its launch. After launch, it has often been at the top in its segment in terms of sales.

New Delhi. When it comes to India's favorite 7-seater, the first name that comes to mind is Innova. But the 7-seater we are talking about is the best-selling 7-seater of the year 2025. So can you guess which 7-seater it could be? Will it still be Innova? This was not the case in 2025. Last year, Innova's dominance not only faced a strong challenge but it also had to be defeated. Let us know which is this car that will compete with Innova.

India's bestselling 7 seater
India's best-selling 7-seater in 2025! It is quite easy to answer this. The best selling 7-seater in India is none other than Maruti Ertiga. Ertiga has consistently been the best selling 7-seater throughout the year with sales of 1,92,025 units. This figure is quite impressive, especially when at the second position, both Scorpio Classic and Scorpio N together have sold 1,76,988 units. So why is Ertiga the best selling 7-seater?

Why is Maruti Ertiga India's best-selling 7-seater?
The biggest reason for Ertiga's dominance in the 7-seater segment is its affordable price. On-road prices in Mumbai range between Rs 10.30 lakh to Rs 15.33 lakh, making it a great value for money option. One reason for its excellent sales is that Ertiga is also used as a fleet vehicle. Apart from this, Ertiga has many points which make it better than other options. Maruti's reliability, fuel efficiency and large cabin make it perfect for 7-seater buyers. Besides, it also has all the necessary features, which make it more practical and user friendly.

Lots of great features
It has a 7-inch touchscreen, cruise control, turn-by-turn navigation, tire pressure monitoring system and many other features. With Maruti's S-CNG technology, Ertiga gives excellent mileage, due to which its running cost also remains low. That is, Ertiga meets the needs of every Indian buyer – practicality, fuel efficiency, affordable price, comfort and low maintenance. For this reason, Ertiga becomes the first choice for most 7-seater buyers and fleets.
