New Delhi. Hyundai Motor India's newly launched second-generation Venue has got off to a great start, garnering over 32,000 bookings in just a month of its debut on November 4, 2025. Launched at a starting price of Rs 7.90 lakh (ex-showroom), this compact SUV is emerging as a strong volume driver for the brand. Built on Hyundai's global K1 enhanced platform, this new model has more height and width, and also gets a longer wheelbase of 2,520 mm, which has improved the cabin space and its presence on the road looks more powerful. It is the first model to be rolled out from the company's new Pune manufacturing plant and is one of the 26 new products Hyundai plans to introduce in India by 2030.

New design and color options
The second-gen Venue sports Hyundai's latest design identity, which includes a dark chrome radiator grille, quad-beam LED headlamps, twin-horn LED DRLs and horizon-style LED tail lamps. Its tall stance, new C-pillar garnish, bridge-type roof rails and in-glass VENUE emblem further add to its premium appeal. This SUV is available in six monotone and two dual-tone color choices, which include new shades like Hazel Blue, Mystic Sapphire and Dragon Red. The dual-tone options include Hazel Blue or Atlas White paired with an Abyss Black roof.

32 exclusive designs
The sporty Venue N Line gets 32 exclusive design enhancements, such as N Line-specific bumpers with red accents, R17 diamond-cut alloys, twin-tip exhaust, red brake callipers and body-coloured cladding, highlighting its athletic character.

Feature-Rich, Connected Cabin
On the interior, the Venue's cabin has been completely redesigned, featuring dual 12.3-inch curved panoramic displays powered by NVIDIA, which integrates the digital instrument cluster and infotainment system. Premium touches include terrazzo-textured crash pad, dual-tone leatherette seats, electric 4-way driver seat, 2-step reclining rear seats, ambient lighting and coffee-table-style center console. Apart from this, this car includes rear window sunshades, rear AC vents and Bose 8-speaker audio system. The N Line cabin stands out with black upholstery, red accents, N-branded seats and steering, metal pedals, sunrise red ambient lighting and smart aroma diffuser.

1.2-litre Kappa MPi petrol – 83bhp, 114.7Nm, 5-speed MT 1.0-litre Kappa Turbo GDi petrol – 120bhp, 172Nm, 6-speed MT or 7-speed DCT (with ISG) 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel – 116bhp, 250Nm, 6-speed MT or the new 6-speed AT The Venue N Line gets a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, mated to a 6-speed MT or a 7-speed DCT, and gets paddle shifters with Drive and Traction Control modes, making the driving experience even more fun. With its new design, upgraded powertrain, tech-loaded cabin and wide variant spread, the second-generation Hyundai Venue is being liked very much by the buyers. The surge in demand in just one month clearly shows that compact SUVs have created tremendous market momentum in this highly competitive segment.

Second Hyundai Venue: Design

The 2026 Venue has a more muscular and powerful design. It is longer, wider and taller than its predecessor, measuring 3,995 mm in length, 1,800 mm in width, 1,665 mm in height and a 2,520 mm wheelbase, an increase of 20 mm. The front also includes quad-beam LED headlamps, twin horn LED DRLs, a dark chrome grille and bridge-type roof rails. At the rear, there is a fresh signature C-pillar garnish, Venue badging within the rear glass and horizon-style bridged LED taillamps. Raised wheel arches and sculpted body panels give the Venue a strong stance, in line with the growing popularity of “large SUV” proportions within the class.

Inside, the 2026 Venue offers a redesigned cabin experience. It is available with dual 12.3-inch curved panoramic displays, one for the infotainment and the other for the digital cluster. The interior is complemented by terrazzo-textured crash pads and a dual-tone theme in dark navy and dove grey. Premium features include dual-tone leather seats with ambient lighting (Moon White), D-cut steering wheel and Venue branding. The longer wheelbase is expected to provide better legroom for the rear seats, which also get a 2-step reclining function, sunshades on the rear window, rear AC vents and an electric 4-way adjustable driver seat. The cabin is a blend of sophistication and utility, offering ample shoulder and head space for all passengers.

The interior of the second generation Hyundai Venue is complemented by terrazzo-textured crash pads and a dual-tone theme in dark navy and dove grey.

The second generation Venue also has other luxury features including an 8-speaker Bose audio system, dual-zone climate control, ambient lighting, front ventilated seats and a panoramic sunroof on higher trims. On the safety front, the new Venue will also feature Level-2 ADAS, based on the Level-1 suite of the existing model, which features forward collision warning, lane departure warning and driver attention alert. New updates include adaptive cruise control, blind spot collision warning, front parking sensors and 360 degree camera.

Second Hyundai Venue: Specs

Under the bonnet, the 2026 Hyundai Venue is equipped with a variety of engines to cater to diverse driving habits. Buyers can choose between a 1.2-litre Kappa MPI petrol, a 1.0-litre turbo GDI petrol and a 1.5-litre U2 CRDI diesel. These engine options are paired with either a manual gearbox, iMT, automatic or a 7-speed dual-clutch (DCT).
