Tata Motors is offering benefits of up to Rs 30,000 on Tigor this festive season. Priced between Rs 5.49 lakh and Rs 8.74 lakh, the Tigor comes with an 86hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine, with a choice of 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox. Customers also get the option of CNG kit on higher trims.

Next on the list is Hyundai Aura, which is available with benefits of up to Rs 43,000. The Aura is available with a single engine option – an 83hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine – which comes mated to a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox. There is also an option for a factory-fitted CNG kit on some trims. Hyundai Aura prices range between Rs 5.98 lakh to Rs 8.42 lakh.

Although the Ciaz has been officially discontinued, some dealers still have stock of this sedan, and this Diwali, it is available with benefits of up to Rs 45,000. The Ciaz is powered by a 105hp, 1.5-litre petrol engine, which comes mated to a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic gearbox. Ciaz prices range between Rs 9.09 lakh to Rs 11.88 lakh.

Honda is offering benefits of up to Rs 68,000 on the new Amaze. However, the older second-gen model is still on sale and you can save up to Rs 98,000 on it. Both variants of the Amaze are available with a 90hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine, which comes mated to a 5-speed manual or CVT. Used Amaze prices range between Rs 6.98 lakh to Rs 7.80 lakh, while new Amaze prices range between Rs 7.41 lakh to Rs 9.99 lakh.

Honda's big city sedan is offering even more attractive discounts this festive season, which are up to Rs 1.27 lakh. The City has a 121hp, 1.5-litre petrol engine with a choice of 6-speed manual or CVT gearbox; A 126hp, 1.5-litre petrol-hybrid powertrain is also available, and gets a higher discount. Honda City Petrol prices range between Rs 11.95 lakh to Rs 16.07 lakh, while the City Hybrid is priced at Rs 19.48 lakh.

The Volkswagen Virtus is available with two turbo-petrol engine options – a 115hp 1.0-litre unit and a 150hp 1.5-litre unit. Both have a 6-speed manual as standard; As for the automatics, the 1.0-litre unit gets a 6-speed torque converter and the 1.5-litre gets a 7-speed DCT. Maximum benefits on Vertus are up to Rs 1.50 lakh, with higher benefits on 1.5-litre variants. Volkswagen Virtus prices range between Rs 11.16 lakh to Rs 18.73 lakh.

The highest discount on the new sedan this festive season is on Skoda Slavia, with maximum benefits up to Rs 2.25 lakh. The Slavia has the same powertrain options as the Vertus, but the 1.5-litre petrol engine does not have the option of a manual gearbox. Here too, there are more benefits on the 1.5-litre variants. Prices for Slavia range between Rs 9.99 lakh to Rs 17.69 lakh.
