According to a recent media report, Tesla has booked a 4,000 square foot complex complex in Mumbai's head Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC).

35 lakh rupees fare
This flagship showroom will showcase Tesla's latest electric models. Tesla has fixed a monthly rental of about Rs 35 lakh (Rs 900 per sq ft). The lease agram is five years old and Tesla is already planning to open a second showroom at Delhi's Aerosity Complex. Tesla is planning to expand its presence in India, and for this the company has taken out many vacancies in cities like Delhi, Mumbai and Pune. This step has been taken after the meeting between Tesla CEO Allen Musk and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

World's most expensive area
The company is planning to open its first showroom at Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai, which is one of the most expensive areas in the world.
