The new Apex variant has been launched for a sportier feel, while the Dash and Flash variants get color changes and minor updates. Ex-showroom price of Triumph Speed 400 starts at ₹ 2.39 lakh. It is available in a single variant and can become more attractive with festive offers or discounts.
design details
The design of Guerrilla 450 is rugged and adventure-inspired. It is inspired by the Himalayan 450, which has an upright handlebar, flat seat and dual-purpose tyres. The new Apex variant comes with sportier ergonomics, sharper stance and new colours. It seems suitable for both urban and highway driving, but feels a bit heavy and presentable.
The design of the Triumph Speed 400 is a minimalist, stripped-back modern classic. British styling, clean lines, good fit-and-finish and premium looks set it apart. It feels light and agile, making it easy to move around in the city. Colors like racing yellow, pearl white are quite simple and elegant.
Who is good in features?
The Guerrilla 450 has a 4-inch Tripper fully digital cluster, which has features like map navigation, music controls and riding telemetry. Slip and assist clutch, dual channel ABS, ride-by-wire and updated suspension (Showa) are included. In the 2026 update, the Apex variant gets sportier handling and better tyres.
The Speed 400 gets a semi-digital instrument cluster, ride-by-wire, switchable traction control, dual channel ABS and slipper clutch. However, Bluetooth connectivity is lacking. The build quality and refinement of Triumph is considered better. Both have disc brakes and good suspension setup. Speed 400 has a 398.15cc TR-series engine. This powertrain produces 40 PS power and 37.5 Nm torque. It is more refined and smooth. Talking about performance, it reaches the speed of 0-100 kmph in about 7.49 seconds and the top speed is 145-170 kmph. Mileage is also around 30 kmpl.
