Triumph Speed 400 Price, Harley X440:
The specifications of both bikes are different but the price is quite attractive.

I am very excited about two new bikes with international names that are now available in my budget, but I am also very confused. I ride a 2015 Royal Enfield Bullet 350 and I am considering a Harley or Triumph. please help me understand how to select

What we can tell you now is that the character of both the bikes will be quite different, with the Harley offering more of a low to mid-range torque focus. The Harley is also a bigger, more robust-feeling bike, although the Triumph completely outdoes it in terms of quality, finish and attention to detail.
Since you currently own a Royal Enfield, you might like the riding character of a Harley as it offers the same torque-dominant riding experience, but with a wider level of capability – both in performance and handling. If you are looking for a small, lightweight style bike with high performance, the Triumph will probably be your choice.
For now, we suggest you wait for our ride review of the Triumph and take a test ride of both the bikes when they become available from August.
