New Delhi. After launching the Curvv electric version last month, Tata Motors has launched the petrol and diesel models of this SUV. The price of Tata Curv starts at Rs 9.99 lakh and goes up to Rs 17.69 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). This is the introductory price of this car and is applicable for booking till 31 October 2024. Tata Curve has been introduced in four trims – Smart, Pure, Creative and Achieve. Interestingly, Tata Curve has become the 11th vehicle in the compact SUV segment. Curve has been built on Tata Motors' new Atlas platform.

Equipped with many amazing features
The design of the Curve is completely aerodynamic. 18-inch alloy wheels have been installed along with a large front bumper and grill. Talking about the features, it gets a four-spoke steering wheel with backlit Tata logo, 12.3-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, 9-speaker JBL sound system and a wireless phone charger.

Level 2 ADAS and 6 airbags
Many features have been provided in different variants of Tata Curve. For example, its Achieve + A variant has the most features. It has ventilated front seats, 6 mode electrically adjustable for the driver and a rear bench with two-step down. In terms of safety, it has features like 360-degree camera, level 2 ADAS, 6 airbags, electrical stability control, all disc brakes, TPMS and electronic parking brake with auto hold.

Engine performance and power are excellent
The Curve is equipped with Tata Motors' new 1.2-liter GDi turbocharged petrol engine, named Hyperion. This engine has been introduced for the first time with the Curve. This engine is capable of generating 124 bhp of power and 225 Nm of torque. It has the option of 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCA automatic transmission. Apart from this, this car is also equipped with turbocharged 1.2-liter and 1.5-liter Kyrotec diesel.

The Tata Curve is the first SUV in its segment to get a dual-clutch automatic transmission with a diesel engine. Paddle shifters are also available on the dual-clutch automatic variant of the diesel powertrain.
