The design of Toyota Urban Cruiser Abella is based on the Maruti E-Vitara, which is a badge-engineered model. Its front has a closed off grille, LED headlamps and an aerodynamic body. Length is 4285 mm, width is 1800 mm, height is 1640 mm and wheelbase is 2700 mm. It gives a strong and sporty look, and it also has 225/55 R18 tyres.
At the same time, the design of Hyundai Creta Electric is similar to ICE Creta, but there are EV-specific elements like closed grille, aero wheels and blue accents. Its length is 4340 mm, width is 1790 mm, height is 1655 mm and wheelbase is 2610 mm. Both have LED lighting and alloy wheels, but the Abella's design is a bit more futuristic.

The interiors of the Abella are spacious, with a dual-tone theme, digital instrument cluster and a large infotainment screen. The seats are made of eco-friendly materials and it has a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats and wireless charging. The cabin of the Creta Electric is in navy and gray dual-tone, with 10.25-inch dual curved screens (infotainment and cluster), leatherette upholstery and spacious leg/kneeroom.
It has a floating console, ambient lighting and rear AC vents. The longer wheelbase of the Abella provides more space, while the interior of the Creta gives a more premium feel. Boot space in the Creta is 433 litres, while the Abella has slightly less but also the trunk (22 litres).

Both cars have advanced features. Abella has Level 2 EDAS (lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, adaptive cruise control), 360-degree camera, wireless charging, powered seats and panoramic sunroof. Creta Electric comes with 75+ advanced features like V2L charging, wireless phone charging, ventilated seats, 8-way powered seats, rear window sunshade and dual-zone climate control. The Creta has an in-car payment system and ADS-linked regenerative braking, making it more tech-savvy. Both have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support.

Battery, Motor and Range
Abella comes with two battery options – 49 kWh (LFP) and 61 kWh. The smaller 49 kWh (LFP) variant produces 144 PS power and 189 Nm torque, which is capable of giving 440 km range. At the same time, the 61 kWh battery pack produces 174 PS power and 189 Nm torque. Its claimed range is 543 km (ARAI).
Creta Electric has a 42 kWh (NMC) battery, which produces 135 PS and 255 Nm torque. Its range is approximately 390-420 km. The larger 51.4 kWh pack produces 171 PS of power and 255 Nm of torque and the range is between 473-510 km. Like the Urban Cruiser Ebella, it also comes with front-wheel drive.
