Maruti Suzuki was the company that sold the most vehicles in October. It maintained its strong hold in the market and achieved the first position. The company sold a total of 2,38,515 units, which is 17.40% more than last year's 2,03,190 units.
Tata Motors became the second largest selling company of vehicles. It performed well due to strong demand for electric vehicles (EVs) and SUVs. Tata sold 73,877 units, an increase of 12.22% compared to last year.
Mahindra's excellent performance continued in the SUV segment and the company stood at third position. Mahindra recorded total sales of 66,467 units, a growth of 6.21%. Last year it got 62,586 customers.
Toyota ranked fifth with sales of 33,503 units. Its sales have increased by 14%. Last year the company had sold 29,378 units.
