JSW MG Motor India recently announced that the company's new electric SUV MG Windsor has crossed the production milestone of 15,000 units. MG Motor India launched it in the Indian market in October 2024. Since then, this car left behind Nexon in the case of sale and the fourth consecutive month has emerged in the market as the bestseling electric SUV.

Cell of over 13,000 units
According to the data received from Vahaan, more than 13,000 units of this car have been sold in 4 months. This is a great figure according to the cell of the electric car segment. Every month since the sale started, Windsar has recorded sales of more than 3000 months. Within 24 hours of launch, the electric crossover received more than 15,176 bookings, one of the most for any EV in India. MG claims that the demand for Windsor is still strong, about 200 bookings are made every day.

MG Windsor EV is available in three variants: excite, exclusive and essence. It can be purchased in two ways: with a battery and without a battery. Windsor prices start at Rs 14 lakh with batteries, while the Windser is priced at Rs 9.99 lakh with a battery as a 'battery edge a service' module, as well as the fare of the battery is Rs 3.9 per km per month.
