Hyundai will bring 26 new models in the Ice, Hybrid and EV segment by 2030, which will include updated versions of i20, exter, verna, CRETA and Alcazar. Creta Hybrid will also come.
New Delhi. Hyundai has prepared a large mass strategy by 2030 by 2030 to bring 26 new models in the Ice (internal combination engine), hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) segment. The upcoming range will include 7 to 8 absolutely new products that will cover the new and current segment. In 2026-27, South Korean Autometers will give a major update to their 4 popular existing models-i20 hatchback, exter subcompact SUV, VERNA midsize sedan, Creta Midsize SUV and Alcazar Three-Ro SUV.
Hyundai Verna and Exter will get midlife updates, while i20, CRTA and Alcazar will enter their next generation with a large upgrade. Official launch details of these upcoming Hyundai cars have not been revealed yet. However, according to reports, the updated Verna will debut by April 2026, while the Exter facelift will come up to 2026 mid. The new generation i20 is expected to come to the showroom next year, while the next generation Creta and Alcazar SUVs will be available for sale in 2027.
What will change?
Spy images suggest that 2026 Hyundai Verna may have a new front face that will have a redesigned grill and updated bumper with new details. There is no possibility of any change in the side and rear profiles. Inside, the sedan is expected to have a large touchscreen infotainment and rear ventilated seats. The updated VERNA will continue to come with 1.5L MPI petrol and 1.5L turbo diesel engine.
Interior upgrade
The 2026 Hyundai Exter facelift is expected to get some styling improvements and interior upgrade. Mechanically, the model will be the same. Recently seen testing in India. The absolutely new Hyundai i20 will probably come with Hyundai's new design language and newly designed alloy wheels with many new features. The engine option is expected to be the same as before.
Waiting for Third Jane Creta
The third generation Hyundai Creta will have important exterior and interior changes and will also get hybrid powertrain. The car manufacturer is likely to make his 1.5L, 4-cylinder Natural Aspirated Petrol Engine Hybrid. Creta Hybrid Maruti will compute with Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder and upcoming new generation Renault Duster Hybrid and Hybrid version of KIA SELTOS.
