Top 5 Upcoming SUVs in India: 5 new SUVs like Tata Harrier, Tata Safari, JSW MG Motor Hector, Mahindra XUV 7XO and Renault Duster will be launched soon in the Indian market, which will have many new features. The special thing is that all these vehicles will be priced between Rs 10 lakh to 15 lakh.
The premium SUV segment of Rs 10-15 lakh is one of the fastest growing and most profitable car segments in the Indian market. Six new SUVs are likely to be launched in this segment by next month, which includes models from both domestic and foreign brands.
Tata Motors will launch a new Tata Harrier, which will be powered by an all-new 1.5-litre Hyperion turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine producing 158 hp at 5,000 rpm and 255 Nm of torque at 1,750-4,000 rpm. The company can offer it with 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission options.
Along with Tata Harrier Petrol, Tata Safari Petrol will also be launched, in which the same Hyperion engine will be available. Like the five-seater model, it can also be given a 6-speed automatic transmission.
On December 15, JSW MG Motor will launch the second facelift version of Hector. Some minor changes can be seen in the new Hector, such as a new radiator grille, new 18-inch alloy wheels and an upgraded 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which will have 10 GB RAM for better performance.
On January 5, 2026, Mahindra will launch the XUV 7XO, which is the facelifted version of the XUV 700. The model with this new name and design may get several major updates including changed headlamps and taillamps, new radiator grille, new 18-inch alloy wheels and possibly three 12.3-inch HD dashboard displays.
