Tata Punch Camo Edition: Tata Motors has launched a new camo edition of its popular SUV, Tata Punch. This special edition has hit the market nine months after the previous model was withdrawn. The new Camo version includes an attractive dual tone exterior color option, in which the contrast of seaweed green color and white roof is seen.
The Camo Edition was first introduced in September 2022, but was discontinued in February 2024. Now, this special edition is available in two variants, Accomplished and Creative, which comes with both manual (MT) and automatic (AMT) transmission options. Its starting price is Rs 8.45 lakh for MT and Rs 9.05 lakh for AMT (ex-showroom).
What is special in Camo Edition?
Tata Punch Camo Edition has a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which comes with wireless connectivity through Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Apart from this, its cabin includes features like rear AC vents for passengers, large console with armrest, wireless charger, and fast charging USB Type-C port.
Tata Punch: Engine and Gearbox
Only cosmetic changes have been made to the Punch Camo Edition. This SUV is coming with its existing engine option. It has a 1.5-litre petrol engine, which generates power of 87 bhp and torque of 115 Nm. It has the option of five-speed manual gearbox and five-speed AMT. Whereas, the CNG variant is available only with manual gearbox and it generates 72 bhp and 103 Nm torque.
Tata Punch: Safety Features
Tata Punch has received a 5-star safety rating from the Global New Car Assessment Programme. Safety features of this SUV include 6 airbags, ITPMS, ABS with ESP and ISOFIX mounts.
