New Delhi. The new 2025 Mahindra Bolero facelift has finally been launched in India, which has an initial price of Rs 7.99 lakh. The model lineup now includes a new top-end B8 trim, and it is available in four trims-B4, B6, B6 (O) and B. This updated SUV has some fine design changes, feature upgrades and new stealth black color scheme.

New black color and design updates

In the exterior, the new Mahindra Bolero has a slightly modified grille with vertical chrome slats, re-designed bumper with integrated fog lamps (only in top two trims) and newly designed 15-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. The new stealth black paint scheme enhances its rugged appeal, which comes with the existing color options – Diamond White, DeSat Silver and Lakeside Brown.

New Bolero: Changes in interior
2025 Mahindra Bolero has touchscreen infotainment system, new leather seat upholstery, steering-mounted controls, bottle holders and type-C charging ports on door pads. Other major features include Power Windows, Remote, Foldable 3rd Row Seat, Engine Start-Stop (Micro-Hybrid), Seat Belt Reminder (Front Facing Seats), Reverse Parking Sensors, Driver and Co-Driver Airbags, ABS, 12V charging points, USB C-Type C-C-Typ-C-Type C-C-Typing Port and more.

The same engine, under the new suspension hood, the new Mahindra Bolero has the same 1.5L MHAWK75 diesel engine that generates maximum power of 75bhp and torque of 210Nm. The 5-speed manual gearbox and RWD (rear-wheel drive) system is also taken from the earlier facelift. The facelift has introduced 'rideflow' suspension technology, which claims to be “better stability, control and engineer shock absorption” for any area.

New Delhi. Skoda Auto India has started booking the new Octavia RS. Octavia RS is the most powerful version ever, including sharp styling, technology cabin and strong safety package. Customers can book a new Octavia RS by depositing a booking amount of Rs 2.5 lakh. Skoda will bring only 100 units to India, which will be available as a fully built unit (CBU). The official launch has been scheduled on 17 October, and delivery will begin on 6 November.

Paurtrain and Performance

It has a 2.0-liter TSI turbocharged petrol engine, which produces 261bhp (195kw) and 370Nm torque. Power is transported to the front wheels through a 7-speed DSG dual-clutch automatic gearbox. This sedan catchs the speed of 0-100kmph in just 6.4 seconds, while its top speed is limited at electronically 250kmph. To support the engine, the Octavia RS includes progressive steering, sports suspension and sports exhaust, which adds a special performance note.

Dimensions
The octavia is also practical with the RS 600-liter boot (expandable up to 1,555 liters), 50-liter fuel tank and five people seating ability. The octavia RS has a length of 4,709mm, width 1,829mm, and height is 1,457mm, while its wheelbase is 2,677mm. In appearance, RS clarifies its intentions with a 19-inch dual-tone alias alloy wheels, glossy black exterior inserts, sports bumpers and rear spoilers. Black exhaust telpipes and Skoda's new black-out badging makes its performance DNA even stronger. Buyers can choose from 5 attractive color options: Mamba Green, Race Blue, Velvet Red, Magic Black, and Candy White.

According to the official data of the vehicle portal, in September 2025, Tata's PV registration, including electric models, reached 40,594 units. The domestic auto was ahead of Mahindra (37,015 units) and Hyundai (35,443 units). Maruti's PV registration stood at 1,22,278 units this month.

Extra discount with festive offer
With the new GST rates, the prices of Tata's internal combustion engine (ICE) models have become cheaper by Rs 1,55,000. The company also offered a festive offer of up to Rs 65,000 in September 2025. This deduction is at an ex-showroom price. Tata's ICE models include Tiago hatchback, ultraz hatchback and Tigor sedan. Its ice SUVs include Panch, Nexon, Curve, Harrier and Safari.

After the GST's new rates, the price of Tiago has been cut by up to Rs 75,000, ultraz has been cut by Rs 1,11,000 and Tigor has been cut by Rs 81,000. In September, the retail sales have risen on the basis of growth of 27.5 percent, the company started October with a booking of about 2.5 lakh vehicles. To meet the demand, the company has increased production, in which supply chains and production teams are also working during Sunday and holidays this month. Banerjee warned that customers delaying the booking may have to wait till the festive season for delivery.

Export also increased

Renault and Nissan 2026-2027 will launch Duster, Boreal and New Midsize SUV in India, including hybrid powertrain, premium features and new design.

New Delhi. Renault and Nissan have announced a plan to launch 4 major SUVs in the Indian market, including two 5-seater SUVs (one from each brand) and their three-round variants. Third Ro's Renault Duster and Nissan's Duster variant are expected to come to the showroom in the first half of 2026. Both SUVs will get hybrid powertrain options about 6 to 12 months after the launch of their Ice-powered model.

Duster 7 seater

Renault Boreal, which is originally a 7-seater variant of Duster, is expected to come in 2027. NISSAN will also introduce a rebelted boreal with a completely different design language in the second half of 2027. All-new renault duster India specific Renault Duster will look slightly different from the global model. The SUV is likely to have a newly designed signature grille, headlamps and tail lamps in the center with new logo in Renault, there is a possibility of having y-shape elements, updated bumpers, major body cladding, square wheel arch and new alloy wheels.

However, official details have not yet been revealed, 2026 Renault Duster is expected to offer more premium and feature-rich interior. The SUV can have a large touchscreen infotainment, 7-inch driver display, wireless phone charger, USB charging points, wireless android auto and apple carplay, arkamys audio system, adas (autonomous driver support system) and more facilities.

New Delhi. Citroen India has further launched the new aercross X SUV, increasing its X-series range, which is the initial price of Rs 9.77 lakh. It has been claimed that it has the highest space in the segment, high ground clearance of 200 mm, advanced comfort suspension and better cabin comfort. The new 2025 Citroen Aercross X has been positioned from the mid-level variant and is available with a natural aspirated and turbo petrol engine options.

Interior and exterior

The new 2025 Citroen Aercross X has a new tailgate badging and new deep forest green color scheme. The cabin is more premium than regular models. Some of its major attractions include a 10.25-inch bezel-less touchscreen infotainment system, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, a-laden-lipta dashboard with gold accents and a rednight gear lever. It also has a 360-degree camera.

New AI Assistant System
The new CARA AI Assistant System of the brand is also debuting in aercross X which supports 52 Indian and Global Language. It controls the essential and remote functions of the vehicle and prioritizes safety with crash alerts, voice sos and emergency assistance.

New Delhi. 2025 Mahindra Thar has been launched in India, which starts at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Since its return in 2020, Thar remains a style and off-road icon. The new update includes feature enhancement and minor styling changes, while engines and mechanicals are kept the same.

What are the external updates of the new Thar?

At first glance, it is difficult to identify changes. Thar continues with its signature boxy shape and three-to-door layout, Mahindra has kept the visual updates minimal. A visible change is that the front grille is now body-colored, although its shape and size are the same. The back is now integrated into a parking camera spare wheel hub, and a washer with a rear wiper is also added, which were not earlier.

Mahindra has also added Tango Red and Battleship Gray as new paint shades. The rest of the exterior includes existing elements such as halogen headlamps, fog lamps and 18-inch alloy wheels. A silver insert on the bumper, which was removed a few years ago, is now back.

What are the new features in 2025 Thar?
More clear changes can be seen in the cabin. The power window switch has been swapped with traditional door pads, which has made access more comfortable. Grab handles now appear on A-Pillars, and a sliding center armrest is added. The steering wheel is new and is taken from Mahindra's latest SUV. The full price cut spectrum of Maruti Suzuki Dzire is between Rs 58,000 and Rs 88,000, which depends on the variant. Dzire is available in manual and AMT transmission options. Dzire's AMT variants are available between Rs 72,000 to Rs 88,000 with GST price cut.

The new generation Maruti Suzuki Dzire, which comes with the design and feature updates, has a fully new Z series 1.20-liter Natural Espirated 3-Cylinder Petrol Engine which changes the previous 4-cylinder petrol motor of the car, has achieved 5-star safety ratings in both Global NCAP (GNCAP) and India NCAP (BNCAP).

With this, Dzire became the first Maruti Suzuki model to achieve 5-star GNCAP and BNCAP safety ratings. Apart from the petrol engine, the new Desire Factory-Estold is also available with CNG kit, which works with petrol motor. Dzire is sold on a large scale in the taxi segment. New Delhi. Tata Motors set the record for the highest monthly cell in September 2025, selling 59,667 units, while 41,063 units were sold in September 2024. The Nexon Subcompact SUV emerged as the top sales contract with a sale of over 22,500 units, which is the highest cell for any Tata Motors passenger vehicle so far. Panch attracted a lot of buyers with his modern design and feature-pack cabins, while Harrier and Safari maintained their sales.

Updated Nexon line-up

Earlier this year, Tata Motors updated the Nexon lineup with new color schemes and additional features. The subcompact SUV is currently available with three engine options – 120bhp, 1.2L turbo petrol, 115bhp, 1.5L turbo diesel and 100bhp, 1.2L Turbo Petrol+ CNG.

New-Zen Tata Nexon Launch Timeline
Tata Nexon, first launched in 2017, received two major facelifts in 2020 and 2023. While the current generation model has been in the market for 8 years, it is going to get a generic upgrade in 2027. The existing X1 platform in the new Nexon is expected to see the structural updates as well as significant cosmetic changes and new features.

Petrol and CNG option
2027 Tata Nexon is expected to maintain existing petrol and CNG engine options. However, it remains to be seen whether the diesel engine will continue in the next generation. The current 1.5L diesel engine uses the BS6 Phase II Emission Norms using an expensive SCR (selected Catatic Reduction) system, but it will be expensive to upgrade to complete the upcoming BS7 emission norms.

They collide with them
In the subcompact SUV segment, the new Nexon Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonnet, Skoda Kyalak and Mahindra will continue to compete with the XUV 3xo. After the change in GST, the prices of the subcompact SUV have now increased to Rs 1.55 lakh cheaper, which now range from Rs 7.31 lakh to Rs 14.05 lakh (all, ex-showrooms).
