The highest price reduction in top-spec X line DCT variants is Rs 1.35 lakh. In August, Karna Sonnet was ranked 6th in the list of best-selling sub-compact SUVs with 9% market share.

Mahindra XUV 3xo-GST savings by Rs 1.40 lakh XUV 3xo petrol variants have reduced prices from Rs 70,600 to Rs 1,39,600. AX7L has the highest price reduction in all variants. Mahindra first announced that he would give full advantage of GST deduction to his customers. In the sub-compact SUV segment, XUV 3xo currently has about 6-7% market share.

Kia Cyrose-GST savings have reduced the prices of Kia Cyrose by Rs 83,000 to Rs 1.50 lakh. The petrol range now starts at Rs 8.67 lakh, whereas earlier it was Rs 9.50 lakh. More savings are available with HTX Plus (O) variants, which is now available at an initial price of Rs 15.29 lakh, whereas earlier it was Rs 16.79 lakh.

Tata Nexon – GST savings, after GST cut up to Rs 1.55 lakh, Tata Nexon Diesel Range starts from Rs 9.01 lakh. The most savings are with Nexon AMT Fearless+PS DK variants. It is now available for Rs 14.05 lakh, whereas earlier it was Rs 15.60 lakh. Tata Nexon / EV August 2025 was the best-selling sub-compact SUV with 16.25% market share.

New Delhi. Mahindra & Mahindra is preparing to launch updated Thar 3-door and Bolero Neo in the coming months. However, the official launch date of both models has not been announced yet. Recently, 2025 Mahindra Thar facelift was captured on camera with minimal Camoplas, which gave interesting information about its design and interior upgrade. The special thing is that most of these updates are inspired by Thar Rocks.

Better styling
A slightly better styling in the exterior, the new Mahindra Thar 2025 will have a new grill and headlamps and tales in the new C-shaped LED LED signatures with double-tacked slots. Company's third electric car
This is the third electric vehicle (EV) of the Swedish car manufacturer for India, after the XC40 recharge and the C40 recharge. Renault Kwid completed 10 years in India, 10th Anniversary Edition was launched, only 550 units are available, new dual-tone color, safety upgrades and the same 1.0L petrol engine.

New Delhi. Renault Kwid, which was launched for the first time in 2015, has now completed 10 years in the Indian market. To celebrate this milestone, the French Automeker has introduced a special 10th anniversary edition of hatchback and updated in variant lineups. The Renault Kwid Special Edition is based on the Techno variant and the manual variant is priced at Rs 5.14 lakh and the AMT variant is priced at Rs 5.63 lakh. Only 550 units of this special edition will be sold across India.

Two dual-tone color options
Special Edition comes in two dual-tone color options-Black Roof with Fiery Red and Black Roof with new Shadow Grey. On the exterior, it has renault's signature grill yellow insert, glossy black flex wheels and doors and anniversary decals on C-pillar. The interior of the Renault Kwid 10th Anniversary Edition appears sporty with yellow-eccentric seat upholstery, themed infotainment surrounds, leather steering with mastard stitching and iconated scuff plates.

New Delhi. A new entry-level variant-lounge has been added to the Skoda Kodiak SUV model lineup. Interestingly, some designs and interior changes have also been made in this new variant with 5-seat configurations. The 2025 Skoda Kodiaq Lounge variant is priced at Rs 39.99 lakh (ex-showroom), which is Rs 3.77 lakh and Rs 5.97 lakh more economical than the sportline and selection L&C trim respectively.

Inside, the new lounge variants have gray and Fox-Suad and fabric upholstery. Unlike high trim which has a three-spoke steering wheel and a 12.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, entry-level model has two-spoke steering and a small 10.4-inch infotainment unit.

Most updates will be inspired by the 5-door Thar Rocks. It is expected to have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with a 10.25-inch digital driver display and 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Under the hood, it will be the same 2.0L turbo petrol, 1.5L diesel and 2.2L diesel engine.

4. 2025 Tata Panch facelift: In 2024, the best -selling model is set to get a facelifted version with Tata punch, updated styling and new features. Spy images have suggested that most of the external changes will be borrowed from punch EV, except for LED tail-lamp clusters which are inspired by ultraz. The cabin will have other additional features including new 2-spoke steering wheels, 6-airbags and 8-speaker music systems. We hope that the same transmission options will remain in the SUV with the same petrol engine and CNG kit.

5. Mg Mazester Mg: Motor India will launch the Masester full-size SUV in India in December 2025. Unlike the other two premium models such as M9 and Cybester, it will be sold via regular MG showrooms, not through MG Selection Dealership. Already in January 2025, the India Mobility was displayed at the Global Expo, the new flagship of MG Mazester brand will be offered, which will be located above the gloster, as it will have many types of facilities. Under the hood, it will have a 2.0L twin-turbo diesel engine, 8-speed automatic gearbox and four-wheel-drive system.

The Tata Panch, which was the country's best -selling model in 2024, has received a heavy price reduction of up to Rs 1.08 lakh due to 2025 GST reform. Customers can take advantage of a large savings of up to Rs 1.58 lakh on the purchase till September 30, including additional benefits up to Rs 50,000. Micro-SUV now starts at just Rs 5.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Talking about Tata Nexon, buying it before September 30 gives the most benefits of up to Rs 2 lakh. GST 2.0 has cut the price of up to Rs 1.55 lakh, besides there are additional benefits of up to Rs 45,000 declared by Tata Motors.

In this way, the initial price of the compact SUV has been Rs 7.31 lakh (ex-showroom). Tata Karvwa has the lowest savings of up to Rs 1.07 lakh, including a price reduction of up to Rs 67,000 due to GST 2.0 and additional benefits up to Rs 40,000. Tata Ultraz, which is the only hatchback model on sale in petrol, CNG and diesel fuel trims, is available with a saving of up to Rs 1.76 lakh. Maruti Suzuki Ertiga
In the 7-seater family car segment, Maruti Suzuki Ertiga emerged as a clear winner with a sales of 18,445 units, slightly lower than the 18,580 units sold in August 2024. Despite the slight decline, this MPV not only topped its segment, but also became India's best -selling car in August 2025.

Update Ertiga Model Lineup

Recently, the car manufacturer has updated the Ertiga model lineup, including blower speed control with dedicated vents for third roots, 2 Type-C USB ports, new AC vents and redesigned rear roof spiilers for the second and third roat seats. After the GST reform, the prices of Maruti Ertiga have fallen by Rs 47,000, and now its price starts at Rs 8.80 lakh.

Mahindra scorpio
With the sale of 9,840 units, Mahindra Scorpio finished second in India's 7-seater family cars. However, its annual cell fell by 29 percent. Toyota Innova finished third with a sales of 9,304 units, compared to 9,687 units in the same month last year.

Mahindra Bolero and XUV700

Mahindra Bolero and XUV700 finished fourth and sixth with the sale of 8,109 units and 4,956 units respectively. While Bolero saw a significant annual decline of 25%, the XUV 700 saw a rapid decline of 45%. Kia Carence (which includes the new Carerance Clvis and Carerance Clavis EV) registered a monthly sale of 6,822 units in August 2025, compared to 5,881 units in the same month last year. It was the fifth best-selling 7-seater with a huge annual growth of 16%.

These cars also included in the top 10
Maruti XL6, Toyota Fortuner and Reno Tribe finished seventh, eighth and ninth with sales of 2,973 units, 2,508 units and 1,870 units respectively. Finally, Tata Safari finished tenth with sales of 1,489 units, although it fell by 24% annually.

The South Korean automaker aims to achieve 5.55 million global vehicle cells by 2030, which expects 60 percent of the total sales come from electric vehicles in markets such as North America, Europe and Korea.

18 models debut
The biggest highlight portfolio has been expanded in the announcements made by the company, in which more than 18 models will be made by 2030. Hyundai's luxury brand, genesis, will also expand with new hybrid models from 2026. The car manufacturer has confirmed that the new Hyundai will debut with Jane's Tmed-II technology of the Hyundai Palised Hybrid brand, which promises better performance and mileage.

Global production will increase

Pune facility will be an export hub. In addition, the South Korean Automaker has revealed that it will increase its global production capacity by 1.2 million units by 2030. This will include 250,000 units from Multi-Model Export Hub in Pune, HMHAMA (Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America) and 200,000 units for Dedicated EV Facility in Ulsan.

New Delhi. Reno Duster had a big fan base in India. However, this midsize SUV was discontinued in early 2022 as its first generation model became old and sales were declining. With the aim of re -strengthening its hold in the Indian market, the French Automeker is preparing to present the Duster in a new avatar earlier next year. Interestingly, the company has left the second generation duster and decided to bring the model of the third generation directly, which will challenge Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyder and other rivals.

Before coming to the market, the car manufacturer has started testing the new 2026 Reno Duster in India. Recently, its Havili Camoflaged Test Muile was captured on camera in Bengaluru. While spy images hidden most design details, some major highlights are clear such as straight stance, V-shape taillights, roof-mounted spiiler, shark fin antenna and roof rails, large wheel arch cladding, a racged windshield and rear warpherd and wiper.

India-spec styling changes

Compared to its global-spec version, the India-spec duster will have some different styling such as new front and rear bumper and new alloy wheel design. The official teaser released earlier has confirmed that the new Reno Duster will have Y shape's LED lighting elements, a new signature grill with new logo, a scalpted bonnet, black-out B-Pillars, Integrated Turn Indicators and Body-Kald Dore Handles in the ORVM.

The car manufacturer can use a 1.5L natural aspirated petrol for lower variants and 1.0L turbo or 1.3L turbo petrol engine for mid-spec and high variants. The Duster Hybrid will later join the lineup, while the CNG fuel option for the Reno SUV is also considering.
