Queen of 90s is coming back in a new avatar, launch date of Tata Sierra unveiled

New Delhi. Tata Motors is preparing to re-introduce the iconic Sierra name in the Indian market. This SUV will be launched on 25th November. Although there is not much information about the positioning of the new Tata Sierra, but its design is special, which is a great mix of ruggedness and modern styling.

Impressive front look
The front fascia of the new Sierra is quite impressive, with a sculpted bonnet and sharp angular lines that give it a strong visual appeal. A blacked-out grille, which includes the Tata logo in the center and the 'SIERRA' nameplate, defines the identity of the SUV. The LED lighting package includes sleek headlamps, an LED light bar and LED fog lamps that add to its futuristic appeal.

sporty appeal
From the side, the new Sierra looks big and sporty. It has dual-tone alloy wheels and dual-tone exterior color scheme. Tata has used an interesting color scheme by mixing body color and black-out theme on the A, B, C and D pillars. Roof rails, shark fin antenna, flush-fitting door handles, blacked-out ORVMs and prominent wheel arches make its SUV stance more attractive.

rear look
At the rear, the SUV features a wide tailgate with Tata badges and a bold 'SIERRA' nameplate. The connected LED taillight strip extends towards the rear, completing the design continuity from the front. The muscular front and rear bumpers add to its strong proportions, which underpin its SUV DNA.

cabin
Inside the cabin, we will see a triple screen set-up, which includes a co-passenger screen, an infotainment touchscreen and a digital instrument cluster. Other features will include Level 2 ADAS, panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, dual-zone climate control and connectivity features. This SUV is part of Tata's multi-powertrain strategy in its SUV lineup. The new Sierra will have both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicle (EV) variants. Initially, the ICE variant will enter on November 25.
