New Delhi. Kia India has made a bang of 2025 in the Indian market. The company launched its Kia Syros in the Indian market and customers took it. People got amazing craze for this car. How popular this car has become in the Indian market, you should guess from it that so far this car has got 20.163 bookings. The company opened bookings for this car on 3 January 2025. Since then, bookings of this car are not taking the name of stopping.
Syros was officially launched on February 1, 2025, which is priced between Rs 8.99 lakh to Rs 16.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The demand for the premium variant is quite high, 46% of the customers choose high and trims, and the model equipped with HTX+(O) Adas- is gaining a lot of popularity among buyers. Glacier White Pearl Color is being liked the most, which has alone booking 32%, followed by Aurora Black Pearl (26%) and Frost Blue (20%).
More demand for petrol model
Most of the customers in booking are preferring petrol models, which is 67% of the total sales, while 33% of buyers have chosen diesel engine. Cyros also has an over-the-air (OTA) update for remote vehicle diagnostics, Kia Connect 2.0 and Kia Advanced Total Care (KATC).
2 engine options
Two engine options are available to power Cyros, which are also used in Kia Sonnet. A 1.0-liter smartstream T-GDI petrol engine that gives 120 PS and 172 Nm of torque and a 1.5-liter CRDI VGT diesel engine that generates 116 PS and 250 Nm of torque. Transmission options include 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT for petrol variants, while the diesel model offers 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission.
