Kia is continuously improving in the Indian car market. This trend continued last month also. In April 2026, the company has sold a total of 27,286 units. This figure shows an impressive increase of 16 percent on an annual basis compared to the total 23,623 units sold in April 2025.

If we look at the sales report, Kia Seltos was the best selling car of the company. At the same time, an increase was also seen in the sales of Sonet and Carens. Kia Seltos

Kia Seltos is at number one in the list. A total of 10,566 units of this SUV were sold last month. This figure represents an impressive growth of 72 percent year-on-year compared to the total 6,135 units sold in April 2025. Its ex-showroom price starts from ₹ 10.99 lakh and goes up to ₹ 19.99 lakh (top X-Line).

With a bold new digital tiger face, LED lights, muscular look and premium styling, the Seltos gets a 30-inch Trinity Panoramic Display (dual 12.3-inch screen), panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, Bose sound system, level-2 ADAS, 360° camera, wireless charging and OTA updates.

For safety, it has 6 airbags, 5-star Bharat NCAP, ESC and ADAS. Engine options include 1.5L petrol (115hp), 1.5L turbo petrol (160hp), 1.5L diesel (116hp). It is capable of giving a mileage of up to 17-20 kmpl (ARAI). This is a better option for those who want an economical, feature-packed and stylish compact SUV.

Kia Sonet

Kia Sonet is at second place in terms of sales. Last month, a total of 10,537 people bought this affordable SUV. This figure represents an annual increase of 31 percent compared to the total 8,068 units sold in April 2025.

Kia Cars

Carens is at third place in terms of sales. A total of 5,465 units were sold last month. This figure shows a slight increase of 4 percent on an annual basis compared to the total 5,259 units sold in April 2025.

Kia Syros

Siros's cell has decreased suddenly. Only 554 units have been sold in April 2026. This figure shows a decline of 86 percent on an annual basis compared to the total 4,000 units sold in April 2025.

Kia Carnival

This figure shows an excellent growth of 13 percent on an annual basis as compared to 2,55,207 units sold in the financial year 2025.

In terms of sales, Kia Sonet is at number one. This SUV has received huge number of customers throughout the year. Apart from this, demand for Kia Seltos and Kia Carens has also increased. Carens is at third place in terms of sales. In the last financial year, this MPV got a total of 76,837 new customers. This figure represents an annual increase of 19 percent compared to the total 64,609 units sold in FY 2025.

Kia Syros

Syros is in fourth place in terms of sales. A total of 13,433 units have been sold in the financial year 2026. This figure shows a decline of 16 percent on an annual basis as compared to the total 15,986 units sold in FY 2025.

Kia Carnival

Despite declining sales, Carnival has registered its name in the top-5 list. Last month it got a total of 874 new customers. This figure shows a decline of 36 percent on an annual basis as compared to the total 1,361 units sold in FY25. Apart from the company's top-5 cars, only 2 units of Kia EV9 have been sold and Kia EV6 did not find any customer.

The interior is premium. It has 10.25 inch touchscreen, digital cluster, ventilated seats, sunroof, BOSE sound and ambient lighting.

Features include wireless charging, 360° camera, ADAS level-1, connected car tech and for safety, standard 6 airbags, ESC, ISOFIX and standard TPMS are available. Engine options include 1.2L petrol (83 PS), 1.0L turbo petrol (120 PS) and 1.5L diesel (100-115 PS). Claimed mileage goes up to 18-24 kmpl.

Kia Seltos

Kia Seltos is at second place in terms of sales. This SUV was purchased by 11,041 people in March 2026. This figure represents an annual increase of 69 percent compared to the total 6,525 units sold in March 2025.

Kia Cars

Karen is at number three in the list. A total of 5,933 units were dispatched last month. This figure shows an annual increase of 8 percent compared to the total 5,512 units sold in March 2025.

Kia Carnival
