The platform of Maruti Suzuki Victoris is shared with the Grand Vitara, which is already available in the Indian market. Same chassis and engine options are available in both the vehicles. Retail sales of 24,000 units of Grand Vitara were recorded in December 2025, with prices starting from Rs 10.77 lakh to Rs 19.72 lakh (ex-showroom).

Maruti Suzuki Victoris is available in two engine options: 1.5 liter naturally aspirated petrol engine and 1.5 liter strong-hybrid engine. During this test, the SUV was set at 80 km/h on adaptive cruise control mode, and the car maintained this speed for about 80 percent of the drive. The SUV was particularly close to the numbers claimed by Arai. After the run, the figure received was 19 kmpl.
