Zerodha's co-founders Nikhil and Nitin Kamath gifted Mercedes GLS worth 1.5 crores to their mother Revathi on their birthday. Revathi posted an emotional post on Facebook.
The company also launched the facelift model of this car some time ago.

New Delhi. Zerodha's co-founders Nikhil Kamath and Nitin Kamath gifted a new Mercedes to their mother Revathi Kamath on her birthday. It has also been posted on social media. A Mercedes GLS is shown in the post, which is a great full-size SUV, which is priced more than Rs 1.5 crore. GLS is often called “S-Class of SUV”, which is known for its powerful engine options, luxurious interior and advanced infotainment system.

This car of Mercedes is a car equipped with tremendous features. First of all, let's talk about the engine. This car uses 2925cc engine to 2999cc engine which generates 362.07 – 375.48 bhp power and 500 Nm – 750 Nm torque. The seating capacity of the car belongs to 7 passengers. The company recently launched this car in facelift India.

This car is currently available for sale in GLS 450 and GLS 450D 2 variants. 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS 5 is available in mono-tone color options: Polar White, Obsidian Black, High-Tech Silver, Calentine Gray, and Sodolite Blue.
Engine and transmission
It has two engine options. A 3-liter 6-cylinder turbo-petrol (381 ps / 500 nm) and a 3-liter 6-cylinder diesel (367 ps / 750 nm). Both engines have a 9-speed automatic transmission and 48V mild-hybrid system. All-wheel-drive (AWD) is standard in both petrol and diesel variants.
