New Delhi. Air pollution has emerged as a serious problem in many cities of India including Delhi. Especially in the last few months, AQI has reached a different level. Air quality in the national capital reached 'very poor' category on Sunday morning, with the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) recording a total AQI of 377. According to data from CPCB's 'Sameer' app, 16 out of 40 monitoring stations in the city recorded 'severe' air quality, while the remaining stations recorded 'very poor' levels. According to CPCB data, AQI falls in 0-50 'good', 51-100 'satisfactory', 101-200 'moderate', 201-300 'poor', 301-400 'very poor' and 401-500 'severe' categories. To deal with this problem, Tesla has released a video of the capacity of the air purifier of its car Tesla Model Y and claimed that Tesla's HEPA purifier is capable of providing up to 99.97 percent clean air.
Tesla's HEPA purifier
Elon Musk-led electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla has highlighted the problem of air quality through a video. This video shows the functionality of the Tesla Model Y's HEPA filter. The video shows a big bubble in which Tesla Model Y and BMW X3 are kept. When smoke bombs are released inside the bubble, the Tesla activates its HEPA-equipped bioweapon defense mode, while the BMW relies on its normal filtration system. This test proves that Tesla's advanced air-purification technology is better than traditional systems.
