BYD eMax 7
This is a premium electric MPV, which focuses on family comfort. Its price in India starts from ₹ 26.90 lakh and goes up to ₹ 29.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The company sells it with two battery pack options – 55.4 kWh (420 km range) and 71.8 kWh (530 km NEDC range). The top variant has 201 bhp power and 310 Nm torque, which reaches 0-100 km/h speed in 8.6 seconds. The cabin is very spacious with length being 4710 mm and wheelbase being 2800 mm. You can buy it with 6 or 7-seater layout. There is also an option of captain seats in the 6-seater variant.
Kia Carens Clavis EV
The most affordable option in this list is Carens Clavis EV, which will be launched in July 2025. Its ex-showroom price starts from ₹ 17.99 lakh and goes up to ₹ 24.49 lakh for the top variant. The company sells it with two battery pack options – 42 kWh (404 km range) and 51.4 kWh (490 km range). The front mounted motor produces 171 bhp and 255 Nm torque, which can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 8.4 seconds. It is a strictly 7-seater with MPV body style, which is perfect for family use.
