Honda will launch 10 new products in India by 2030, which include Prelude Coupe, ZR-V, Honda 0 SUV, Elevate Hybrid and 7-seater SUV. Some time ago, Honda was a popular car brand in India. With increasing competition over time, Honda's customer base in India continued to decline. The company is again preparing its portfolio for the Indian market.

New Delhi. Honda has recently announced to increase its portfolio for the Indian market, under which the company will launch 10 new products in the Indian market by 2030. Special focus will be given to SUVs in the company's new portfolio, which will include 7 new models with ICE, hybrid and electric powertrains. The lineup will also include three imported SUVs – Honda Prelude Coupe, Honda ZR-V and Honda 0 SUV.

These imported models will serve as flagship products and help strengthen Honda's brand image in the country. The Honda Prelude coupe will arrive in the first half of 2026, while the Honda ZR-V hybrid SUV will hit Indian roads in late 2026. Honda 0 SUV's India launch is confirmed for 2027.

Honda Elevate Hybrid
According to media reports, Honda Elevate Hybrid will be the brand's first strong hybrid offering in India. This model may hit showrooms in the second half of 2026, possibly around Diwali. At present, powertrain details are not available yet. However, it is expected to borrow the Atkinson cycle 1.5L, 4-cylinder petrol engine and two electric motors from the City e:HEV. Honda's Tapukara manufacturing plant in Alwar, Rajasthan will serve as the production center for the upcoming Elevate hybrid SUV.

Honda Prelude Coupe
The new Honda Prelude is a hybrid coupe, with a 141bhp, 2.0L petrol engine and a 181bhp electric motor and a FWD (front-wheel drive) system. Combined power output is 200bhp. Upon launch, the Honda Prelude is expected to be priced around Rs 80 lakh.

Honda ZR-V Hybrid
Honda ZR-V Hybrid Globally, the Honda ZR-V is available with a 2.0L petrol engine, paired with a lithium-ion battery and two electric motors. This setup produces maximum power of 180bhp and 315Nm torque. It has three drive modes – EV, Hybrid and Engine. Honda also sells the ZR-V with a 1.5L turbo petrol engine with a CVT gearbox and AWD system in some global markets.
