Talking about design, Sierra EV Neo is made in retro style, which combines the boxy look of the old Sierra with a modern touch. Features like upright stance, flat bonnet, closed-off grille (EV specific), split LED headlamps, full-width LED light bar, flush door handles, muscular bumpers, squared wheel arches and dual-tone roof make it adventure ready.

The rear has wraparound windows and connected LED tail lamps. The panoramic glass roof (alpine style but safety compliant) makes it special. This is a five-door compact SUV, which is different from the three-door model. The design looks more premium and boxy than the Nexon and Curve, which gives an off-road feel.

It is built on Acti.EV+ platform, which provides multi-layer skateboard design, fast charging and ADAS support. Battery options can be 55 kWh, 65 kWh or 75 kWh. Single motor RWD (about 167 hp) and dual motor AWD (up to 238 hp) configurations will be available. ARAI claimed range is 450-550 km (500+ km real world in some reports), which will be tested on MIDC cycle. Top speed will be up to 170 kmph and DC fast charging support (10-80% fast charge). LFP battery technology will provide long life and safety.
