Tata Motors has revealed the Harrier EV all-wheel-drive, which can be 12.3-inch infotainment system, 500 km range and Rs 25 lakh. It will be launched at the end of this year.

New Delhi. Tata Motors has revealed the features and compatibility of the upcoming Harrier EV all-wheel-drive, strengthening its hold in the electric vehicle segment. Tata released the teaser of EV SUV on social media, which gave us a glimpse inside the cabin. For the first time, India Mobility was displayed in Global Expo 2025, Harrier EV is going to be officially launched later this year.

The cabin layout of Harrier EV is similar to its internal combustion engine (ICE) version. The video shows that the EV SUV will have Harman's 12.3-inch infotainment system and 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, which will also show navigation map.

Tata has retained the design of two-tone color dashboard, touch button and dual-zone climate control with switch, dial for terrain modes and Illuminalized Tata badge with four-spoke steering wheels. Like the ICE version, the Harrier EV includes panoramic sunroof, JBL music system and new features with electronic parking such as vehicle-to-load (V2L) and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V).

Tata has not disclosed most of the details of Harrier EV, but it is based on the new generation 2 active.EV architecture. It will be the first all-wheel-drive EV of the Indian automobile manufacturer. The all-wheel-drive version is expected to have a dual-motor setup. Its torque output will be 500 Nm and once charged there will be a 500 km driving range.

Being a five-seater EV SUV, the Harrier Hyundai Creta Electric, Maruti Suzuki E Vitara and Mahindra BE6 can compete with the top models. Also, its upper variants can also compete with XEV 9E. The price of Harrier EV can start at Rs 25 lakh (ex-showroom).
